For co-parents

Two homes. One child. Everyone in the loop.

ChatMinder gives separated and divorced parents a calm, shared way to keep their child connected to both homes. Calls and chat that you can both supervise, without anyone having to hand over a phone.

Free to start · Invite your co-parent in minutes · No phone number or email needed for your child

Your child keeps both parents. You both stay informed.

Children shouldn’t have to wait for a parent’s phone to be handed over just to say goodnight.

One tap to either parent

Your child sees their guardians on a simple home screen and can call any of them over Wi-Fi or mobile data. No SIM card or phone plan needed.

Both parents, same view

Invite your co-parent as a co-guardian. You both see the same activity, get the same notifications, and can approve or reject messages and contact requests.

No surprises

When one parent approves or rejects something, the other is notified, so you both know what’s been decided without having to ask.

Call each other without borrowing a phone

Guardians and their children can always call each other, at any time, by audio or video. Incoming calls ring like real phone calls, even on the lock screen or when the app is closed, so your child can answer or decline without unlocking their device.

Any tablet, iPad or old phone will do. Your child doesn’t need a SIM card, a phone number or a phone plan.

Calls are logged, never recorded: ChatMinder keeps the status and length of each call, not the content. How calling works →

Share supervision, not just the workload

Co-guardians can see and do everything the primary guardian can: pending approvals, chat activity, contact history and protection settings. With Premium, they can also read your child’s messages and see AI risk scores.

There’s no limit on how many guardians a child can have, and the guardians list shows when each of you last reviewed activity, so you can stay coordinated.

One Premium subscription covers every guardian of a child. Premium is £11.99/year (about £1/month) as an introductory offer; the standard price is £23.99/year. How co-guardians work →

A calmer way to stay connected

ChatMinder has no read receipts, no last seen, no online status and no typing indicators. Nothing creates pressure to reply instantly, and nothing tells anyone when your child was last online.

Contact and message approval help both homes agree who your child can talk to. You can fully trust family chats and tighten the rules for new contacts, one conversation at a time (Premium). Why no read receipts →
