The Free version can be used effectively for safe communication, but if parents have enabled message approval, then they must manually review all messages as they are being sent or recieved, and decide to either Approve or Reject them. This can be slow and puts a lot of responsibility on parents.
A Premium license brings in automatic AI Analysis and Moderation as a helping hand. The AI will create AI Insights for messages and conversations, and assign different severity levels, which can trigger automatic approvals, rejections, or require a parent to review. Parents can over-rule the AI at any time, but is a balance which allows conversations to be more free flowing while keeping kids safe.
